Location Is Everything...
I've been living at Tarleton square for three years now, and I love this place! First, the apartments are really spacious and the building is safe. The management is friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance is extraordinarily quick to react to any problem! The location is great. It is literally a five minute walk from bars and restaurants at the Downtown Mall. You also have the Weekend Market which is only a five minute walk away, and all the city bus lines almost at your door. I work at UVA Hospital and walk there every day (20-25minutes walking).

Safe, Comfortable Place to Live...
Tarleton Square is a great location for this lifestyle I choose. When I arrive home from work, I like to stroll on down to the Downtown Mall and just be there in the midst of people visiting together, seeing the sights, sharing a meal or drink. My kids visit and we take off to go eat at one of the imaginative restaurants, or go see a movie and get dinner there, or just walk around because it’s fun to be together in that setting. Some days I stay in the apartment and paint or read, or just be alone in the quiet. Staff are attentive when contacted, and I particularly enjoy the prompt attention to any small repair I need- especially after owning a house for 21 years and previously having to do all that myself. My neighbors are nice and interestingly diverse in age and profession, and though I have noticed other options, I have just signed my lease for my second year here. Tarleton Square gets my recommendation for a safe, comfortable place to live.
